Social media, peoples opinion, and products have made breastfeeding feel overwhelming before the journey even starts. Classes will calm those fears, and prepare you for the first two months. Other classes can teach you about pumping, optimizing milk production, and much more. Classes are offered virtually in a group setting or can be offered privately with you and a guest.

Your insurance may cover visit. We accept most Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, Cigna PPO plans, Humana PPO, and all PNOA plans. Note that PNOA will often appear alongside other payers on the medical insurance card like Aetna or UHC. If the card includes the PNOA logo we accept it.
